Datscha makes this research easier, through joint ventures with local property consulting firms, by providing update market information in a user friendly web interface.

Each consulting firm define different sub markets using the map and add to each sub market their estimates regarding marketdata. Both the numbers and the sub markets differ between the suppliers.

The market data includes data on rent, vacancy and yield levels for office, retail, residential and industrial. In Sweden the data covers the 110 largest municipalies and in Finland the 50 largest. The data is updated from every quarter. See additional information on page [Data sources].
