The property data for the Finnish commercial properties are supplied by two different suppliers; - The Land Register of Finland (the property, i.e. 'land')
- The Finnish Population Register Centre (the building)

There are two different types of data:
- Basic data on all properties
- Daily comparable sales data

Datscha includes data on all commercial properties in Finland. The 'type code' system from the Finnish Population Register Center is used to detemine what properties to include. Included types of properties are:
- Office
- Retail
- Industrial
- Residential (multifamily houses)

Datscha does not include single family houses, farms, forrest or summer houses. |
