The property data for the Swedish commercial properties are supplied by the Swedish Land Register.

There are two different types of data:

• Basic data on all properties
• Daily comparable sales data

Datscha includes data on all commercial properties in Sweden. The 'type code' system from the Swedish Tax Authority is used to detemine what properties to include. Included types of properties are:

• Office
• Retail
• Industrial
• Residential (multifamily houses)

Properties not included in Datscha
Datscha does not include single family houses, farms, forrest or summer houses. 

The basic data available for the 370 000 properties includes:

• property id
• addresses
• areal
• ownership  (title & leasehold)
  
• area   (from the tax assessment)
• divided into commercial, residential and industrial
  
• type code
• assessment value
• building year

The system is updated daily with comparable sales data from the Swedish Land Register including:

• property id
• addresses
• buyer
• seller
• date
• price
• area   (from the tax assessment)
• divided into commercial, residential and industrial
  
• type code

Data not included in the service
The data includes changes in title owner. Which has the effect that company deals are not included in the data. There is now register on those in Sweden. 

The basic data is updated once a year (in Februari). However, the ownership is updated daily (through the comparable sales).Further information about the latest update is found here.
