The property data for the Swedish commercial properties are supplied by the Swedish Land Register. See an example here. There are two different types of data: - Basic data on all properties
- Daily comparable sales data

Datscha includes data on all commercial properties in Sweden. The 'type code' system from the Swedish Tax Authority is used to detemine what properties to include. Included types of properties are:
- Office
- Retail
- Industrial
- Residential (multifamily houses)
For a more detail description, switch to the Swedish version of this page or contact Datscha. In total Datscha purchases 370 000 properties out of the total 3 million properties in Sweden. Properties not included in Datscha Datscha does not include single family houses, farms, forrest or summer houses. |
