Datscha was launched in Sweden in year 2000 both as a company and a web application. However, the history of the product goes back another few years when it was a client/server software.

All functionality is available for the Swedish market (for an intro see the Quick Start Guide). In Finland some of the functionality has not been released.

Datscha consist of data for 370 000 properties, 175 000 owners and market data for 110 municipalities in Sweden. Information on all types of data in the system and the update schedule is found at the [Data Source] page.
